"Of all the arrestees, four gunnies were found to have been members of the Islamic State’s Diwan al-Jund (soldiers department)," Dijlah TV quoted Maj. Gen. Saad Maan, the ministry front man, as saying.

They were arrested in North Garage neighborhood in the eastern side of Mosul, according to the front man.
