Baghdad suicide bomber kills several civilians: Iraqi military, jacket wallah kabooms 23 in possibly the same act

[AlAhram] A jacket wallah killed several people in a marketplace in the Sadr City district of Baghdad, the Iraqi military said on Thursday. It did not provide precise casualty figures.
The bomber was surrounded by security forces before detonating an boom belt, the Baghdad Operations Command said in a statement.

ISIS, through one of its mouthpieces on Telegram grabbed credit a few hours after the attack.
A medical source confirmed that the nearby Al Kindi hospital had received eight bodies.
The attack took place at around 9 p.m. (1800 GMT), at a time when many Iraqis have broken their Ramadan fast and take to the streets.
