Sources: 45 Afghan soldiers, ALP forces martyred in Baghlan attack

[KhaamaPress] At least 45 security personnel belonging to army and the Afghan Local Police (ALP) forces have bit the dust in the attack by the Death Eaters in Baghlan province.
Informed sources speaking on the condition of anonymity said the attack was carried out late on Tuesday night in Baghlan Markazi area.
The sources further added that a large number of Talibs attacked the Alauddin base, claiming the lives of 30 soldiers and 10 ALP forces.
According to the officials, the Talibs also sustained casualties during the festivities with the security forces. However,
a clean conscience makes a soft pillow...
there are no reports available regarding the casualties of the Death Eaters during the festivities.
Baghlan has been among the relatively calm provinces in the North but the security situation of the province has tanked during the recent years.
The Talibs often carry out coordinated attacks and other types of terrorist related activities in some remote parts of the province.
