The sources further added that the Dostum was travelling on Aqcha highway when the incident took place and as a result two Taliban Lions of Islam were killed.
The sources also added that the several Taliban Lions of Islam were also maimed after the security guards of Dostum responded to the attack.
The deputy commander of Shebarghan Garrison Samad Rahmani confirmed the incident and the killing of two Taliban Lions of Islam during the festivities.
He said the Afghan cops also confiscated some weapons left behind the Taliban hard boys.
The anti-government armed myrmidon groups including Taliban Lions of Islam have not commented regarding the report so far.
Jawzjan is among the relatively volatile provinces in North of Afghanistan where both the Taliban and ISIS snuffies are actively operating in some of its remote districts.
