15 ISIS Bad Guys have a Very Bad Day in Heet
(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Commander of Anbar Operations Major General Ismail al-Mahalawi informed that 15 ISIS members were killed in an aerial bombing carried out by international coalition aviation near Ramadi.
Mahalawi, in a press statement, said, “The international coalition aviation bombed an ISIS in Albu Nimr, situated to the northeast of Heet some 70 km west of Ramadi.”
“In the bombing, 15 ISIS men were killed and a vehicle equipped with 23 mm machine gun was destroyed,” the statement added further.
Iraqi warbirds destroy ISIS munitions depot near al-Zawya
(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Commander of Anbar Operations Ismail al-Mahalawi revealed that an ISIS vehicle and a cache of weapons were destroyed in an airtrike launched towards the west of the province.
Mahalawi, in a statement, said, “International coalition aviation bombed a booby-trapped vehicle driven by a suicide bomber and carrying an ISIS cache of weapons in al-Zawya, Heet.”
Mahalawi added, “The airstrike destroyed the vehicle and killed the suicide bomber who was inside it. The cache of weapons was also destroyed in the blast.”
