Coalition Forces Attacks Repelled In Marib, Al-Baidha

Yemen's military and popular committees enhanced their control over the strategic routes from which Saudi-led/US-backed invaders are attempting to launch campaigns towards the provinces of al-Baidha', Taiz and Ibb on Sunday, November 15, according to both military and local sources.
The sources stated that Yemen's military and popular committees in Makairas district of al-Baidha' province adjacent to Abyan province, repelled on Sunday, November 11, a new attack by Saudi-led/US-backed invaders' mercenaries spearheaded by al-Qaeda elements coming from Lawdar district under aerial cover against Aqabat Therah.

The attackers were forced to flee after incurring heavy human and material losses as several of their military vehicles were destroyed by Yemen's military and popular committees. The military then widened their range of control by securing the lower parts of Aqabat Therah in spite of intensive aerial cover provided for the mercenaries, including five air raids against Aqabat Therah.
In Lahj province, Yemen's military and popular committees secured a strategic route linking Lahj province to Taiz province after clashes with Saudi-led/US-backed invaders' mercenaries, both local and military sources reported on Sunday, November 15.
According to the sources, units of Yemen's military and popular committees advanced from al-Wazi'iyyah district of Taiz province towards the Mansourah mountain range of al-Madharebah district in Lahj province securing large parts of the mountain range along with the main road from which the mercenaries used to attack al-Wazi'iyyah during the past few days.
In Marib province, Saudi-led/US-backed invaders' warplanes launched more than 15 airstrikes against Sirwah district both local and military sources reported on Sunday, November 15.
The sources stated that this came as Yemen's military and popular committees repelled an attempt by Saudi-led/US-backed invaders' mercenaries to recapture the al-Moraqib (Arabic for Observer) hills overlooking camp Kawfal after four hours of clashes that resulted in the deaths of four mercenaries and the injury of others.
This comes after Yemen's military and popular committees secured al-Moraqib hiils last week, forcing the mercenaries to flee camp Kawfal.
In al-Baidha' province, Yemen's military and popular committees foiled Sunday, November 15, an attack launched by al-Qaeda in Dhe Na'em district, according to both military and local sources. The sources stated that al-Qaeda elements advanced from the mountainous areas of al-Zaher district under Saudi-led/US-backed invaders' warplanes cover towards the areas of al-Hadhbah and Sabah west of Dhe' Na'em district's center, however, they were repelled after incurring heavy human losses.
The Saudi-led/US-backed invaders' warplanes launched several airstrikes against the above mentioned areas in conjunction with the al-Qaeda attack, before launching several more airstrikes to cover the retreating al-Qaeda elements.
In Taiz province, the artillery and rocket support forces of Yemen's military and popular committees destroyed a Saudi-led/US-backed invaders' gunboat off the coast of Mocha on Sunday, November 15, according to a military source.
Field victories of Yemen's military and popular committees in Taiz province continued on Friday, November 13, against Saudi-led/US-backed invaders' mercenaries belonging to al-Qaeda and Islah, as the latter continued to rally their military vehicles and elements along with international mercenaries to Taiz in a bid to save their surrounded local elements a few days after more than 1500 air raids failed to do so, according to a military source.
The source stated that Yemen's military and popular committees secured the crossroads linking al-Dhabab front with Mashra'ah and Hadnan front, cutting off the last line of supplies for the Islah and al-Qaeda mercenaries within Taiz city.
Yemen's military and popular committees in cooperation with locals continued their advances on al-Meshrakh front towards Najd Qaseem which is adjacent to Habashi mountain , while other units advanced from al-Dhabbab valley before rendezvousing at Najd Qaseem, thus cutting any supply route for mercenaries in al-Dhabbab area or Taiz city.
Two out of four UAE-provided Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFVs) in al-Dhabbab front the al-Qaeda and Islah mercenaries were destroyed, the source added.
In Taiz city, the provincial capital, violent clashes were witnessed by al-Moroor and Jawazat area west of the city between Yemen's military and popular committees on one hand and al-Qaeda and Islah party mercenaries on the other, culminating in the military's control of the strategic al-Safra' hill overlooking the area.
In al-Baidha' province, Yemen's military and popular committees repelled an attack by al-Qaeda and other mercenaries on Aqabat Therah located between Makairas district of al-Baidha' province and Lawdar of Abyan province, as they also failed to take over areas in Dhe Na'em.
