Where's an inquiry into how they use civilians as human shields, and instruct women and children NOT to leave an area about to be bombed by Israel - after Israel WARNS them the area is about to be bombed?

The Israeli Prime Minister's Office stated in reply:

The HRC should be launching an investigation into Hamas's decision to turn hospitals into military command centers, use schools as weapons depots and place missile batteries next to playgrounds, private homes and mosques.
Yeah, but Israel!
