#8 Make John Walker Lindh serve out every millesecond of his sentence. Any cooperation should be recognized by using that as a basis not to release him into the general population.

When he's finished doing his time, deport him back to Afghanistan. This scumbag should be stripped of his citizenship, as in persona non grata.
