#1 Isn't this a de facto declaration of war by Iran against the United States and Israel? Does this mean it's OK for us to turn their nuclear program into a cloud of slightly radioactive dust?

#3 iran had better get a control of its govt. currently iran says one thing to the world (the reformists) and acts in another way (the radical revolutionary guards) will not work and will lead to war with the United States. it is not our fault if one group commits acts of war - we will hold the nation as a whole responsible.
i just do not see how war is avoidable , even under a kerry admin.

#7  One presumes this means that any and all suicide attacks by Shi'ites inside Iraq can and should be attributed to the IRGC, yes?

#8 So if I read the report correctly, extremist elements of the Iranian regime are setting this up. I would like to see independent verification of this because, depending upon the target, is virtually declaring war.

Maybe these extremists are trying to fill in the void left by the stumbling bumbling wasted leaderless minions of Hamas...hmmmm, I wonder........

"...is virtually declaring war."

Yes, since 1979 the extremist Muslim regimé has been at war with America and western civilization.

Iran's first act of war was taking Americans as hostages. The second blatant attack using Lebanese Shi'ite proxies was the homicide bombing of our U.S. Marine barracks located in Beirut. All through the 1980's Iranian trained Muslim fanatics took numerous Americans hostage, brutally butchering some.

Oh, yes, Iran has indeed been at war with the United States, and the clearest example is the on going Shi'ite Muslim fire fights with our troops and insisting like minded mobs to burn and hang the corpses of carved up Americans from bridges............what are we waiting for?

Israel is the nation which daily suffers Iran's proxy war via the terrorism against Israeli civilians by Iranian funded terror gangs such as Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hizballah on Israel's northern border.

Where does the overwhelming bulk of Tehran's funding for global jihad derive from? Crude oil exports to the 'infidel nations'

Iran's mullahs are also accelerating their nuclear weapons goals with the technical assistance from another international menace, North Korea.

The state of Israel shall never wait for another Holocaust shooting from the Iranian air space.

#11 October Surprise, anyone? B-2 flight time from Whiteman
AFB to Teheran with mid-air refuelings should be around 18 hours.

#12 I sure hope something is done about the Iranians. It is a bad time to have to deal with them, but I have been watching the Bushehr reactor steadily going up in satellite pics over the years. The mad mullahs have already threatened Israel with annihilation, so a preemptive strike is in order. Nuclear blackmail from lunatics is not an option. I have a feeling that this administration is trying to keep down the rhetoric, at least from our side. I have seen nothing in anything in the media or on the web to indicate a buildup, though I know that the administration is not asleep at the switch on this one. I also wonder if the B2 hangers are still up by the tarmac at Diego Garcia.

#13 Iran's first act of war was taking Americans as hostages.

Ummm ... you left out that part about the hostage taking having been perpetrated upon international soil. It might sound picky, but this goes to the very heart of their inability to recognize every nation's sovereignty and what constitutes proper participation in the world community, none of which Iran has the least concept of.

Is anyone else beginning to think that we ought to hold those Iraqi shrines deemed "most precious" by Iranian Shites as material hostages until these f%&kwits start satisfying American verified compliance with nuclear disarmament?

Just asking ...

#14  Zenster, I agree the administration is playing this real low key, and for a strategic purposes. Think if the Left got wind Iraq was a stepping stone ....nuff said! lol

We have Iran surrounded, which was the long range intent with Afghanistan & then Iraq. We own the Gulf with our Navy and those of the Coalition.

If we, or the Israelis, do not take the Iranian bastards out, the are insane enough to follow through on their latest list of mass suicide and missile threats against the U.S. & other 'infidel' nations.

Remember, their way is death. There are no deals, no peace talks, or negotiations of any type with this element.

A showdown is inevitable.

We can beat them if we do the unexpected.
