#1 Face it, this war is not about democracy. It is a war for hegemony of the Eurasian land mass and Joe Biden is the aggressor. Obama and Biden have been screwing around in Ukraine since Obama first took office. They interfered in Ukraine's domestic affairs, engineered a coup in Kiev in 2014, allowed the persecution of ethnic Russians in Ukraine and then insisted on NATO's expansion into that country in spite of Putin's warnings that he regarded such an expansion as an existential threat to Russia. They knew Putin could not tolerate nuclear tipped Tomahawk missiles being deployed by NATO on Russia's border. They knew how destabilizing that would be. But they insisted on doing it anyway.

Putin invaded Ukraine to prevent that from happening. Further, no way in hell would Putin allow a NATO naval base in Sevastopol which has been Russia's only warm water port since 1783. That'd be like letting the Chinese have San Diego.

NATO has no business in Ukraine, never did. This war could have been avoided if only we had a sane president.

My biggest fear was that, if Ukrainian troops threatened the Crimean Peninsula, Putin would used nuclear weapons against them. All bets would be off if that happened but, no thanks to Biden, it hasn't come to that...yet. Biden owes the whole world an apology for his reckless and dangerous policies but he's so senile that the apology will never come.
