#1 How surprising - it does explain why Russia didn't conqueer "Ukraine" in a week. After WWII Russia had to deal with Banderistas for two decades. And never really won - they abandoned armed struggle for infiltrating educational institutions. This time around, Russians letting everybody willing to fight for Independent Ukraine die in Russian build meat grinder.
