A bit of an exaggeration.

Col. MacGregor's prior claims of Ukrainian casualties appears to be somewhat inflated as well, IMO, simply because the Ukrainians continue to deploy one more unit than the Russians.

That said, it appears from all signs -- from both sides -- the Ukrainian Army is starting to crumble, as Russian forces slowly advance to the west.

Nah. He's just using official Russian figures, which not even Russia believes.
