Russian oil tankers. One result is that insurance rates for the tankers will skyrocket. Every dollar spent on insurance is one less dollar in the Russian war chest. Russians shot themselves in the foot. When Harpoons are integrated on Su-24s or when F-16s arrive, Russian oil shipments from the Black Sea will cease.
