If they had more sense, they would deploy themselves to DC.

My grandfather was very critical of how domesticated armies were becoming under 'representative' democracies. He used to say the world will not end because of evil men. It will end because everybody who can stop them will have succumbed to a heirarchy of orders and chains of command and bureaucratese. More wind-up toy soldiers than thinking men with weapons.

#6 Joint Statement on Ukraine
The text of the following statement was released by the Governments of the United States of America, France, and the United Kingdom.

We, the Foreign Ministers of France, the United Kingdom, and the United States, reiterate our steadfast support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of Russia’s ongoing aggression. We remain committed to continue supporting Ukraine’s efforts to defend its territory for as long as it takes.

Earlier today, the defense ministers of each of our countries spoke to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoygu at his request. Our countries made clear that we all reject Russia’s transparently false allegations that Ukraine is preparing to use a dirty bomb on its own territory. The world would see through any attempt to use this allegation as a pretext for escalation. We further reject any pretext for escalation by Russia.

The Foreign Ministers also discussed their shared determination to continue supporting Ukraine and the Ukrainian people with security, economic, and humanitarian assistance in the face of President Putin’s brutal war of aggression.

#8 If Shoygu felt it necessary to call those four defense ministers - after not talking to them in months - he presumably thought it time critical and necessary. Since those ministers presumably talk to one another, after the first call the next three could anticipate the content of their call and chose to accept the call. The jungle telegraph has speculated the evacuation of Kherson is a contingency for an unconventional situation

A White House official quickly clarified that Biden wasn’t changing his stance on deploying the military into Ukraine.

“The president has been clear we are not sending US troops to Ukraine and there is no change in that position,” a Biden spokesman told The Post.

Translation: we’re about to get our asses kicked on Nov. 8, and our foreign adventures have gone to hell, so we need a last-minute diversion.

Which is the whole point of moving the 101st Airborne into direct conflict with Russia.

This demented bastard is literally bringing us to the edge of a direct war with Russia.
