Yes. He was most likely in the loop but I doubt if he has the brains to be the mastermind. More likely that was Brennan or ValJar...maybe even Soros.

#7 It must have been heady times for a low level CIA pogue to shake hands with Obama in the WH. "C" was on the NSC in 2015. Brennan headed the CIA at the time and Clapper was the DNI. "C" must have been briefly left in place after Trump became POTUS and then replaced by Vindman-both deep staters. I see a pattern here.
