#8 Kind of looks like the FISA abuse / FBI coup etc was being held in reserve in case the Dems went ahead with their impeachment charade, and that eventually the Dems got desperate and decided to move forward anyway.

#9 My understanding is that the FISA abuse report was ready to go in early Sept (including exclusion of material for national security purposes).

The additional material that goes beyond that FISA issue is what required more time.
