#4 As I previously opined recently, this has the potential to be a watershed moment for outrageous PC professors and campus cultures. Endowments are the holy grail of administrations and a huge award here would serve as a powerful cautionary proof that over the top SJW and PC behavior could cost big bucks. Facing that risk, tenured status would be meaningless. Praying for a huge award to the plaintiffs.
