#1 The most recent addition was Crimea, which Nikita Khrushchev, with proletarian generosity and in violation of the Soviet Constitution, transferred to Ukraine.

And for this reason I refuse to get excited about Putin's annexation of Crimea. Lemme know when he invades Poland.
