#3 Kansas either. 'Certain' models had predicted a major outbreak. In fact, if there are no tornadoes in KS this month it would be the first time since 1980. Not impossible or unprecedented, just rare.

I have watched the tornado cradle move east over the years. I'm thinking south-central Missouri.
