#5 he fired them all with no regrets, he said. I've got to agree with him. You have schedules to meet and contracts to fulfill. If you can't count on your workers, you need to find others who will show up. The message is "Protest on your own time."

#10 Have to...construction, restaurant...no call - no shows are brutal.

I don't care if an employee calls me five minutes before opening, needs the day off to go pelican catching, I'm not standing around wondering when of if employee shows, I can call an audible on the day's plan.

Second, it is a trust issue. Now I don't trust you now..get away from my customers, get away from the cash, get the f off my property, don't come back, and you will have to get out of my sphere of influence. Done.
