#2 Contempt charges should have happened long in this matter. Seems like there is very little rule of law in government anymore.

#3 I know I keep sounding like a broken record, but malfeasance should have a cost. I is a local gubbamint ~~tick~~ employee, and those hated pensions are what they would be most hurt by, if infringed due to malfeasance. They are hard to fire. Hit their retirement nest egg and they'll squeal
