Reforger was in Germany with direct staging of troops from Fort Hood to prestocked equipment.

This stuff sounds like a buried pile of WWII stuff the quartermasters did not want to inventory and send home after Hitler bit the big one.

#9 Spook ole buddy, yes they were.

We had this pool in ranger school going on some of the patrols with the winner being the person with the OLDEST C-Rats for that meal. I personally saw C-Rats that were dated to 1951 or there abouts.

My big point is that Reforger didn't go through England it was strictly a USAREUR/NATO show with the troops coming straight to the FRG.

Any US Army rations found buried near Stonehenge HAD to be from WWDuece.
