I'd say anyone working as a Polio Vaccinator in Pakistan, (or funding it) in Pakistan has to be suffering from hyper-sypathitis. Because it surely has to be a sign of mental illness to be more concerned about the well being of other people than they are about themselves.

Sad that it is such an unrecognized mental illness. Seems like half the ills of the world can be ascribed to it: well meaning blundering fools and busybodies rushing in and really FUBR.

#3 Since they don't seem to care about their own, we should be really caring for our own. Anyone from that region should NOT be allowed in the U.S. (or any other civilized place) as long as they keep the polio disease alive and well.
