Will Allah shed tears for the yelper he chose?

The wee bastards killed him; all he'd done to them
Was to try to become their best Islamic friend.

Here's to two gallant persons now hotly pursued --
Mohamed, Muhamad, Maxamed, Maqdoud?
And here's to old Wardi, whose final hurrah
Was facing their pistols for love of Allah.

The police may not catch them before my song's end,
The honour of Islam to hold and defend,
But they'll wail mournful ballads in local patois,
Playing sweet Muslim music for them, inshallah.

Here's to Baladweyne, and to her renown;
Though they drink muddy water, it's my kind of town,
Where the next cleric craving a menage a trois
Will settle for playmates who baaaa, by Allah!
