#4 Not sure. Iran's been harboring Al Qaeda leaders; there evidence that the Al Quds Force is arming groups across the Mid East, Africa and SE Asia that have ties to Al Qaeda.

If I was a really cynical bastid, I'd say Iran borrowed a page out of the Saudi playbook. That is, if I was a really cynical bastid.
