#4 The Ukraine has been moving closer to the EU since it's break-away from the FSU in 1991. Putin has been watching and making threats [cut off of natural gas] as far back as 2010. With Putin's heavy had in Georgia and other FSU break aways, what strategic intelligence analyst could have predicted a Ukrainian row? Only an analyst asleep at the wheel.

Fast forward to Feb 2013 and the stepping down of the Hildebeast as Secretary of State. Useful idiot and hand wringer Kerry stumbles into the breach.

Doesn't take much analysis when the people receiving the reports ignore them because of a fallacious if not fantasy view of the world. These are the same people who ignore empirical data and choose to keep pushing a warming theory that somehow has failed in its predictive models. They think they're smarter than reality.
