Actually, no IC warning is necessary. As long as they keep their tribal butchery somewhat confined to the continent, the blame befalls western colonial influence [reading, writing, maths, common English language, the Bible, etc] .....or is labeled a culture imperative we cannot possibly understand, and is politely ignored.

#7 There are Arab Muslims, there are Muslims Peripheral to Arabs, there are non-Arab North African Muslims, then there are African Muslims.

It's a bit complicated because there are numerous sub-hierarchies. For example the Saudis despise the Kuwaitis. And we haven't touched on the various sects. But to put it simply -
the Arab Muslims look down on the others, the Muslims Peripheral to Arabs look down on the non-Arab North African Muslims.

And they all look down on the African Muslims.
