#1 IMO I would think the theft would've justified the US SpecFors, etc. staying in Libya, NOT departing Libya, in order to search for the stolen weapons, albeit wid properly augmented manpower???

#2 One thing to grant the Libyans is they turned over that CW stock quickly and willingly. And this is not about "Stolen" weapons. This is far more.
