#4 Canadians can still buy beer at par in the bars in Buffalo, NY by way of thanks for Ambassador Sheardown's heroism. Granted, now that the Canadian dollar is stronger than ours, it's not quite the special treatment it was when the ratio was the other way round, but even so.
