#1 He was found not guilty by reason of insanity and the mentally ill are permitted to vote everywhere (I think), even though felons often are not. Numerous others who are mentally ill or retarded (and criminals, where permitted) have been recruited to vote this year in NC and elsewhere; one can make a good guess how they voted - 'criminal, retarded, crazy' is the perfect democrat demographic.
