Funny you should mention that. The local hipster weekly had a letter saying Australians wanted us to vote for B-HO.
Reasons were Australians are nice (true), their country is sound financially (probably true) AND they have a carbon tax which is true, but every Ozzie I know (yeah, small sample) will tell you they hate the carbon tax and hate being lied to by their Prime Minister who promised there would never be a carbon tax - until she needed a deal with the Greens.
