Since they have lost track of the war on terrorism and who the real enemy is, losing track of a few truck loads of WMD does not surprise me.

#4 The Russians must have delivered a fairly credible threat to Assad for him not to be using those weapons at a time like this when his back is to the wall. But then the question is: If you can't use those weapons when you really need them, why have them?
