#2 It's my understanding that it's been around for a few months at least, 49 Pan.

The more interesting question is, how would these 3d world rioters - most of whom don't even have indoor plumbing or electricity - see the YouTube video in the first place? (Not that I believe the video is the "cause" of said riots and murder.)

#3 Probably downloaded it on the way to Fryday Preyers and downloaded it, thinking it was just another bit of prawn. Bit turned on as well, until yman explained their marching orders and why, thus realizing that pleasured by a now illegal video, it is his necessity to over-denegrate the video...to hide his own naughtiness.

#4 This kind of behavior will continue until we utterly crush one of these little clusters of parasites. Then it will end for awhile. We will be forced to rinse and repeat as long as Islam exists. The Quran says that Islam will dominate the world, and they'll keep trying until they either succeed, or are totally eliminated from the population. THERE IS NO OTHER SOLUTION.
