Iff "dead + buried" is dead + buried as far as Egypt is concerned, it means that iff Israel wins the next major Arab-Israeli War where Egypt is an enemy, Israel is NOT obligated to return Any or 1/2 or all of the Sinai Peninsula iff it is conquered again by the IDF.
