Both. Power on the detonator w/ a cell phone trigger and set a time delay. Multiple triggers in case one fails.

The right wingers told us if Obama was elected FBI and other agencies would no longer
be able to protect us. Evidently not the case.

And of course Bush always distinguished between the mass of the muslim world and the minority of terrorists and their supporters. BHO's initiatives are aimed at winning over the fence sitters, not at the hardcore jihadis. Whether he is succeeding at winning over the fence sitters is a legitimate debate (I think he is succeeding far less than many of his stary eyed advocates promised) but it doesnt really have anything to do with terror cells like this.
