#3 Whew! For a minute there, I thought this was taking place in Monroe, Louisiana, and one of my crazy relatives was at it again. Luckily it's in Washington, near Seattle. I don't have any crazy relatives there... I don't think so, anyway.
#4 Monroe Wa. is a little city in snohomish county. Rual its most famous for the Fairgrounds and the 'Correctional Facility' - complete with 'Hichhikers may be escaped convicts' sign and everything. I think that is where they house their Sexual Preditors too.
