#5 Simpler than that. Apparently the Lt. Gov. needs a few days to pull his team together and asked that it be effective Monday, according to what I've read.

ALso from FOX > NY SENATE MAJORITY LEADER - indicated that, in one instance, Spitzer had made it orally clear to him that he "WILL CRUSH ANYONE THAT GETS IN HIS WAY", INCLUDING THE ABOVESAME NY SENATE LEADER WHOM PROCLAIMS TO HAD BEEN TRYING TO WORK WITH SPITZER AND HAD OFFERED REASONABLE/SOUND POLITICAL ADVICE TO SPITZER???
