These murdering buggers do not commute long distances, ie, Stafford County to Crystal City to do their deadly mischief. It has become a neighborhood national pastime among competing ethnic and religious tribal elements. An over simplification, albeit an accurate one; imagine if you will.... a flickering string of Christmas lights through a Mini-Putt Golf course. Any great depth of predictive analysis required to locate the next flicker? The only great depth required is that of both will and courage to do something about it. It could be stopped and peace could come quickly. Damn them all, let the dogs of war lose and be done with it.
