The AK's major opposition, the CHP, is accusing Erdogan of "interfering with the judicial process" (Article 288 of the new Turkish penal code--one that has been very popular lately). How soon will it be before Erdogan is formally charged?

It will also be interesting to find out if they will also accuse him under Article 216 (inciting hatred and enmity among the people).
