The crew ought at minimum to have forced him to return to his ticketed seat as soon as his behaviour disturbed the parents of the baby, and if he refused, to have handled him for threatening another passenger.

#4 TW you're too nice. If someone interrupts my flight's crew - I will Kill Them. STFU about bipolar excuses - if I have to bite through their carotid artery, they will not make it into the pilot's area. Their apologists and family can deal with it - I have no apologies
