#1 Except for the bit about Israel/Jews. But one set of prejudices at a time is about all it's realistic to hope for.

#2 It's certainly far better than what they had. Still, I'm worried in that many of the clauses have this "except where provided by the law" weasel wording in them.

#3 The anti-Jewish comments in the document are a shame, but it must be taken into consideration that even the Muslims who support the U.S. in Iraq still hate Israel- again a shame but just thank God they are even writing a Democratic constitution.
