#1 In yesterdays article on the Board of Directors, Garzon said "This council has, on some issues, maintained positions critical of Osama bin Laden". Does that make the rumor of Bin Ladin being in Iran less likely, or does it mean that his lieutenants are now following their own agenda?

#2  Unclear, which is why I'm looking around to get a full transcript of what all Garzon said. Though Saif al-Adel and Junior (Saad) both have extremely strong ties to bin Laden, so I'd be surprised if they've decided to implement their own agenda unless there's been some kind of a coup.

#3 Or, if Osama's worm food. Then they'd be free to pursue their own agendas.
