#1 To the Minster of Sanitation, I recommend at least a 2 1/2 inch diameter hose and an all-purpose nozzle for the hosing of the mounds of collected human feces and refuse in the capital. Corpses will have to be removed by the wheelbarrow boys as no amount of hosing will surfice - a hose will take care of the cigarette butts, though.
