#2 Here's hoping all are recovered safe and sound. I heard 8 were rescued alive. I recently attended a reception on the Reagan. A C2 pilot was our tour guide.

#3 Thanks for the update BB. I was offered a one day C2 carrier landing hop and USN chow many years ago. It violated my long-standing 'aviation joy rides rule' so I turned it down. The offer of USN chow was tempting however.

#5 What the hell is wrong with PACOM? CINCPAC needs to get his shit together quick fast and in a hurry. It looks like a rookie hour with all these collisions, lack of discipline, lack of basic seamanship.

Are there no old-shool Chiefs left in the Navy anymore? Or have they simply handcuffed them with SHARP powerpoints, PC regulations, and POLE* Climbing Officers?
