#1 These statistics are racist. The higher number of whites employed is simply due to demographics and their unwillingness to leave the workforce upon reaching retirement age. Obamacare will lift the burden of property ownership, depleted savings, prideful reluctance to accept federal assistance, etc, thus enabling these people to step aside and make way for the opportunity of others in a more level playing field.
