#2 I have a feeling that these planes were hit by hurricane obama and his canpoint drama prior to this one.
They will probably continue to be cannibalized or a few repaired.... but their maintenance was more than questionable at this point. As with everything under obama, this base was nothing special to him either. Most of this equipment is overseas continuing obamas meat grinder until we can exit stage RIGHT.

#5 I want to know why a base that was supposed to be able to fight WW-III couldn't take a hurricane.

I wonder how 100 mph winds compare to the blast pressure from a missile or bomb. I suspect it is much, much less. Sustained vs impulse, but still...
