#1 I still believe we should have blown the airbase up, or at the very least bombed the runway.

#2 It would be interesting to see what will be the reaction of Pakistani soldiers when they notice the Saudi habit of using Pakistanese as scape goats and
executing them.

#3 I'd bet that the documents covering the Saudi-Paki agreements try to avoid phrases such as "cannon fodder" and "population-control".

Notice the number of Paki heads that have rolled for "drug smuggling" recently - with nary a mention of any Saudi complicity? This is an absurdity approaching Clown Prince Abbie regularly serving pork loin as the main course at all of his palaces... Believe this: not a single riyal changes hands in SaoodiLand without a Soddy getting a cut. And if his "partner" is Paki, it's the larger slice, regardless of the relative risks faced. Drug smuggling has "Royal" complicity stamped all over it because of the influence required to get through Customs. I endured some searches that you wouldn't believe looking for pork (flat-nosed beef) - what do you think they would do if they suspected heroin? When a Paki is caught, what you're seeing is a power-play for a larger Soddy cut from the deal. Bank it.

#4 Wasn't there a post here a couple weeks ago about a Princeling's jet being used to smuggel drugs?

Haven't heard anything since then.

#5 Raptor, that plane incident was several years ago...the smugglers were just sentenced to prison terms in France, that Soddy prince is on the lam, with an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

I wonder if he's in someone's guest house in Pakistan?

#6 I'd expect his body will be found in another "went on a picnic in the desert and got lost" story

#7 The Saudis apparently already have a lot of Pakistani mercenaries in their armed forces.
