#1 Well, given that SCOTUS gave illegal (as in the 'conventions' definition) combatants standing in federal courts, the whole purpose of housing them in GITMO disappeared. Ship them off to USDB at Fort Leavenworth. Move that section's confinement team's families on post, to remove any potential compromising threat.

#2 I'm not worried - I have no doubts that, besides heavy Fed-State Security the KKK + other Right-wing Militais will be setting up shop in or around the Colorado SUPERMAX to protect the Locals from any Escapees.
