#1 He could never have envisioned how vicious Washington and the 'swamp' could become when challenged. No man in his right mind would want his family to become targets of these people.

#2 Young people are very resilient if supported by their manager. While in my early 20's I was in an incredibly brutal job for 5 full years while none of my middle aged managers could last more than 6 months. I even lobbied to become the manager but they wanted middle aged management.

They should not be cabinet level advisors. Only trusted soldiers.
