#2 He is President of the United States, not president of the world. And a lot of Americans want it that way.
As far as universal progress and social justice, America leads the world by example. The world would be a bigger shi*hole than it is now without American leadership.

#5 I'd be happy if the UN encouraged nations to work in their own interests. Capitalism brings folks out of poverty, Socialism drives folks into poverty. Lets start by encouraging the former and discouraging the latter.
